Recovery Tools that we recommend to our clients
One question I get asked constantly in clinic is some version of, “What should I actually buy?” Between sessions, my clients want tools they can lean on at home to keep their progress going, calm down a flare up, or simply recover better after a hard day. Below are some of the recovery tools I reach for again and again with my own clients here in Conroe, plus a couple of books that shape how I think about pain and recovery. A few of these are Amazon Associate links, which means PhysioVictory may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. I only recommend products I genuinely believe in.
Try Softer, by Aundi Kolber: I recommend this often because it offers such a warm, body and nervous system informed look at healing, and it lines up closely with how I think about pain in practice. If your pain has a real nervous system component, this book can help you understand yourself with a lot more compassion.
If you’re dealing with pain that home tools alone haven’t resolved, that’s exactly what we’re here for. Book a visit and let’s build a plan that actually gets to the root of it.
